KYM

For over three decades Kym has immersed herself in her craft.  She loves the way hairdressing is always evolving, changing and how trends come back again.  Her passion is cutting and she has won several trophies in cutting and colouring competitions.  She strives to stay relevant with all aspects of hairdressing, immersing herself in MBE, Hair Expo and is an active member of HABA.

Her greatest passion is the development of younger technicians, educating and training them in all aspects of hairdressing.  Over the years Kym has helped many young apprentices to launch their careers as outstanding hairstylists.

Out of the salon, Kym is a keen hockey player with the Exes Hockey Club taking the field as a halfback.  She’s also partial to a spot of glamping and can be found all across the South West, but her favourite spot is a secret not far from Augusta.

Since taking over Soho for Hair in 2009 she has loved the many friendships and relationships she has built with her clients and team.
